Hi,
in the nwa dashboard in the as java section we have a memory consumption of 0 % (also average and max). In all other systems, this field is filled with different values.
Could this be a sign for some performance issues that were recently reported by our department?
Hello Sasha,
could you please attach a screenshot, which memory consumption do you mean?
Regards, Alwina

Hello Sascha,
I assume you see false information here and this alone does not necessarily indicate a performance issue. It is rather the monitoring application is not able to retrieve the information from the server. The root cause may be:
- sapcontrol authorization issue. The current settings are too strict.
- bug. The latest JVM, SAP kernel and core components should be patched.
- some services did not start on the remote server so they are not able to report the status.
Best Regards,
Peter
