Hi,
I'm trying to update the message displayed in the Transaction Failure Handling as per the discussion
I have an issue with the formatting of the custom message though. Below is my custom message as defined in ClientText.ini -
Below is the standard message in the ClientTextBase.ini file -
When I update the text in ClientText.ini the Agentry client doesn't recognize the Linefeed (\n) or Carriage Return (\r) characters in the message. The result is an incorrectly formatted message -
I've tried both \\n \\r & \n \r but the result is the same.
The standard message in the ClientTextBase.ini on the other hand displays the message format correctly -
Is anyone able to help with the issue?

Hi Stephen,
From the screenshots provided, it seems that the working one(Non-fatal Transaction Error) and the not working one(Sync Error) dialog box's message are generated from different validation/message steps. Could you provide a screenshot of the message steps?
