Oracle upgrade from 10.2.0.5 to 12.1.0.2 in windows environment.

HI,

pls provide me the steps to upgrade the Oracle10.2.0.5 to 12.1.0.2 in windows environment.I have installed the 12c database  but stuck in patch updation

pls help me in applying patch with Opatch.

Have you checked and followed the datbase upgrade guide available on the SAP Service
Marketplace as described in SAP Note 1914631 ?
