Customer Hierarchy Field HIENR is not working even condition records have been maitained

Hi All,

I am defining a customer hierarchy based discount condition in my pricing procedure. Followings are customization settings made by me;

1) Define Hierarchy Type

2) Partner determination at sales document header level

The partner functions 1A,1B,1C,1D assigned to Customer master account group also but no partner maintained in customer master partner procedure. Following is the screenshot of customer master partner procedure;

3) Partner determination at Customer Master level

4) Assign account group

5) Assign sales area

6) Assign Hierarchy type for pricing to sales document type

7) Maintained Nodes in T code: VDH1N

😎 Table KNVH contains all entries

9) Condition records created successfully for customer 7000000027

10) when I am creation sale order the partner coming at header and item level are following

11)  but Hierarchy discount value condition value not coming as system showing access not initialized although field HIENR is available in KOMK structure.

12) following is the screenshot of my access sequence

KOMK structure screenshot is following and its not containing exactly HIENR field its containing HIENR01 field.

please suggest me where I am doing mistake.

Hi Manu,

Kindly check higher level customer master. Rebate and Price determination have to be active in sales area data in billing tab.After that go to VDH1N T-Code give all the details and execute,click on hierarchy - update program -- all.After this function Relevant for pricing  and Relevant for rebate active. Then check sales order  hierarchy price will determine.
