Inbound Queues in EWM is not processed automatically. We have scheduled background job for program RSQIWKEX but still its not working. Always we need to manually process it.

discuss with technical and basis team this will get sort soon. This is not issue just technical setting has to change in sale or in Bd59.
also check any issue is there while processing so that this queue is not getting automated, also authorization with ur login.
