PS texts pull to BI

Hi I have a requirement to pull some key information to pulled from SAP Project Builder screen and shown in a dashboard. This is not any field in PS but may be some descriptions like key issues or risks which can be maintained in the form of PS texts. But when I was thinking of PS texts I was not getting any way out to reflect them in a dashboard as I doubt BI will not be able to pull the text maintained. It may be able to pull only the text number. My requirement is to pull into BI certain key points for the project which may be 5 to 6 key issues described in point wise. Do you know of a way out to pull such an information. Any table or FM?

Hi Suman,

You can get Project long texts from table STXH. 

You can use the FM Read_text to read the data, but i am not sure if you can read selective data from the long text using this FM..

Give it a try and see how it works..
