Hello experts,

I got some questions about the field RefDivCustomers in table TVTA. Pls advise. Thanks.

1. Why RefDivCustomers shows different values between Tcode VOR2 and table TVTA? For example, VOR2 shows RefDivCustomer 00 while TVTA shhows 01.

2. To make TVTA show RefDivCustomers 00, how to change RefDivCustomers via SPRO? Or, is it the only way to change table TVTA directly?

Hello Cat L,

Note 84325 contains a correction report ZZTVTA00 that should help correct inconsistencies in

table TVTA. Please review the note and test ZZTVTA00 in a test system to see if it will resolve this issue.

Hi Cat,

1. as per my understanding you shall look into different table rather than tvta. i.e TVKOS because which ever the contents you configure in vor2 tcode will be stored in TVKOS.

2. reg changing the spro path, you need to change through sales& distri> master data > common division

But TVKOS and the spro path u mentioned shows RefDivCustomers 00. So, any idea?
