Repeating a M0940 message for an import declaration

Hi,

For an import, Message M0940 has been processed and we have got the declaration registered as well with Customs. But we have not received the release of goods message yet instead an error message to have information related to Dcouments. Declaration has been updated with this info. But we are not able to repate the message M0940 which states 'A registration no. already exists'. Please suggest how do we provide the updated declaration details to Customs?

Hello Satya,

normally you cann't repeat the message M0940, when got a  registration number. What is the status of the communication (see picture for a "well" communiocation)?

Works your EDI system well or has the upload of the PDF document failed...?
