Hi Sap hana experts

Can anyone of you please tell how much hard drive space is required to install suse Linux 11/12 & rhel operating systems with sap hana database as a standalone database.

SAP HANA sizing is based on memory. More info in Sizing SAP HANA - SAP HANA Master Guide - SAP Library

SAP HANA is delivered as appliance (H/W comes pre-installed with OS and HANA software).

Please explain your scenario. Why are you trying to install Suse Linux (different versions), RHEL and HANA software? Which appliance are you using?

Hi,

I am sorry for the delay due to some busy schedule.

Actually we are not installing any SAP HANA DB on Suse Linux OS 11/12 Or RHEL Linux OS's.

I wanted to know the required hard drive space if we are installing SAP HANA Standalone DB on SUSE Linux OS & if we are going with the Tailored data center integration approach.

The query is posted in SCN just to have an awareness on how much hard disk space is required ???
