How to resolve FIORI SD Check Price and Availability Error

Hi Experts,

I am trying to run Check Price and Availability application from Fiori Launch Pad, and getting below Error

HTTP request failed404,Not Found,{"error":{"code":"005056A509B11EE1B9A8FEC11C21D78E","message":{"lang":"en","value":"Resource not found for the segment 'Customers(CustomerID='undefined',SalesOrganization='undefined',DistributionChannel='undefined',Division='undefined')'."},"innererror":{"transactionid":"0E2006E51AFEF15482B9C71B28FB7177","timestamp":"20150529163051.2880000","Error_Resolution":{"SAP_Transaction":"Run transaction /IWFND/ERROR_LOG on SAP NW Gateway hub system and search for entries with the timestamp above for more details","SAP_Note":"See SAP Note 1797736 for error analysis

please help me out.

Hi Rohit,

The config is done for the Fiori Apps part?

It seems the app is unable to find customer, sales area etc. You should do the necessary config, then add SAP ID (Developer as shown) to HR Employee ID (PA30. Info record 105-0001). Please refer the config link:

I had already done the necessary configuration required for this application.

I already mapped this to employee as well.

Issue solved after upgrading the support pack of application
