Strange:Adding the Oracle Db Resource to FailSafeGroup for OFS 3.4.2

Hallo.

Adding the Oracle Database Resource to the Fail Safe Group for OFS 3.4.2 I have a strange behaviour.

I am following:
"SAP Systems Based on the Application Server ABAP of SAP NetWeaver on Windows: Oracle Valid for SAP NetWeaver 7.0 to 7.0 Including Enhancement Package 3"

In the guide there is:

7.When you have made all entries, choose Next.

8.In the dialog box Add Resource to Group – Database Authentication:Select Use SYS account.

Enter and confirm the password.

9.Choose Finish.

but in my situation , doesn't appear the above dialog window.

I have only the Finish button, so I can't enter any SYS user and password and it enables the operating system authentication as you see from the screen.jpg file.

Could you help me?
