Rounding down profile for meter in sales order and delivery

Dear mates,

I have a concern which needs your help:

My customer would have a rounding when customer makes order, for example, if customer orders 2,5 meter, sales order will round down to 2 meter. I have created rounding profile with rounding rule as image and assigned to material master. But the result always rounds up. Could you give an advice for that.  Thank you.

Pls check any alternative base value or calculation type is assigned for the particular condtion type

Anyhow, it doesn't belong to condition type, it belongs to UoM (unit of Measure). Thank you.
