No delivery doc reference in ECC after PGI from EWM

Hi Experts,

Need your immediate supports on this issue which we are facing more than 2 weeks.

Outbound delivery PGI from EWM has not created any reference outbound delivery document in ECC. I can see material movement document created in ECC without any reference to delivery.

Really appreciate your valuable comments on this issue to fix.

Thanks .

To start with check to see:

- If you have any failures in SMQ2 in ECC?

- What's the status of your delivery in ECC?

If you have SMQ2 entry please post a screen shot with the details of the error.

What does the goods movement status indicate in ECC? Is this the first delivery that you have distributed and PGI'd otherwise please see if this is repeatable.

Sorry just realized that you created the outbound delivery in EWM first, is that correct?

there is no PPF trigger in EWM after outbound delivery PGI for reference document.

yes created ODO first in EWM and PGI'ed. Then i should see ECC reference doc in reference tab.......which we are unable to see.

refer screen shot

SLG1 --> no messages in red....all success in green status......I am not seeing any red/green line related to ECC delivery reference here.

SMQ1/SMQ2 --> both in EWM and ECC, is blank.

This process working fine in other test system but not in the another ABC system that we are testing now.

Not sure where is the issue is.......

Please check this this setting EWM, trx. SPRO,

EWM>Interfaces>General settings>Set control parameters for ERP version control.

Please see if setting for 'Distributability of Locally Created Outbound Delivery Orders'  is correct.

Also as per your last posting please check if the EWM system is pointing to the correct ECC system.

Please check trxs BD97 and SM59 to test the connection.

Hi Imran,

there should be on stuck queue ewm or ecc with this del.

I hope Issue is due delivery type of ewm to ecc mapping. As you are creating del in ewm system is finding deli type mapping to create in ecc. and its not replicating.

when you get mapping you can check in vekp any document created.

Suraj
