Job also cancelled due to process termination. See the system log message in SCM system

HI Folks,

One our our SCM system was upgraded to EHP3. After Upgrade Jobs are getting failed with message "Job also cancelled due to process termination. See the system log message" Please anyone could further suggest on this issue.

Please check whether you have and dumps in txn st22 . If you have post the same .

Also SM21 and workprocess traces
