Hi all,
In SAP GRC 10.1 SP 7 is possible send notifications configured in workflows to GRC inbox instead to an e-mail? According the information I´m search this is not possible. I´m talking about global notifications and stage notifications
What is the rational behind this?
Can you suggest me a good documentation for this situation?

Hi Pedro,
Email notifications are actually sent to SU01 maintained Mail IDs for approvers and Email ID maintained in the request form for end users.
Stage Notifications are triggered when the request go to that stage or actions on that stage are completed.
Eg: New Work Item, Approved etc
Global Notification Settings are triggered once the request approval is completed i.e., at the end of the request and also during request Submission which is initial start of all requests. Basically global notifications are applicable to all requests and stage notifications are w.r.t requests which go to that stage for approval.
Eg: Submission Event, Closing Event
