Usgae decision is allowed for inspection lot even if the certificate is missing

Hi Team,

Need your help in one issue for QM in procurement .

In our case even though the certificate confirmation is missing in the inspection lot ( inspection lot status " CTCM " ) system allows us to take UD.

My requirement is if certificate confirmation is missing UD should not be done.

I have done the following config to achieve this still it is not working.

Please advise how to stop UD if certificate confirmation is missing.

Dear Amol,

As per your configuration screen shot if we will not maintain the quality certificate stock will post to Block with or without inspection lot

better way to make Certificate receipt mandatory in the MIGO Screen with the help of ABAPer

I hope with the settings shown in your screen shot, you are not confirming the certificate type at goods receipt, as you activated "Enhanced certificate  processing" along with "No certification confirmation at GRN".

Is it right?

Try using value "D" instead of "B" for "control without certificate" field.

Hello Amol,

I believe this check will not prevent the UD. 'Certificate check req' merely put the condition for certificate confirmation but not affect the usage decision. If you want to check UD, I think you should explore user status to implement this.
