Dear Fellow Professionals,
Greetings!
Please guide me as to how a career path grows in eRecruitment & Travel Management modules. I have basic knowledge about PA, OM, TM & PY modules.
Looking forward to hear soon.
Thank you.
Best Regards,
Amol Choughule
Both are dead ends, as they are only kept alive for a few years, but most innovation is happening in the respective cloud products (SuccessFactors Recruiting and Concur). If you want to invest in learning of on-premise technology, then go for strong payroll skills.

@Sriram - Thanks for your inputs.
@Sven - Thanks for your inputs too.
I am a certified HCM consultant already. I have been getting mixed responses on Recruiting and Travel Management modules. Few of them consider these 2 sub modules are equally good as other HCM modules. As Sriram said at present they are doing good. Possibly will do good in future.
I would link Sven's comments to above statement. Even i heard a little about Success Factors which is linked to Recruiting as well. So eventually cloud improvements might come for Recruiting module.
Is it so ?
@Sven - As you said, yes, payroll and Time are all time favorites for HCM job seekers as they are in good demand.

Hi Amol,
It may be debatable, whether the on-prem or cloud solutions are better, but in recruiting as all talent modules SuccessFactors as been defined as the "go forward" solution in the official SAP communication for ca. 2 years now. Only little investment from their side in the old solutions, so it will become a small niche over time
Hi Amol,
Each sub module in SAP has good career growth.. Travel Management and E rectruitment are good modules to learn,, you will have good career..
Thanks
Sriram
