Hello Rajavelu,

SAP GUI connection entries are kept in Local Configuration File saplogon.ini. And tree structure is kept in SAPLogonTree.xml file.

Under normal conditions these files are written to users c:\users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\SAP\Common\ directory.

If you login to windows with another user these files are newly created for that user's directory.

When you change the user you can copy both files to new user's mentioned common directory. The connections will come on SAP GUI.

You can set environment variable SAPLOGON_INI_FILE for all users and put those files under that directory also.

Did you change the user?

You can check these thread also.

Hello Rajavelu,

This would seem to be no an SAP issue as I have never heard of this case before.

However we cannot support such an old release. We can only recommend you install 7.40 gui for continued support.

7.10 Sapgui is out of support for some years now.

Please use a supported Gui such as 7.30 7.40.

Note that 7.30 support ends next month so your move to 7.40 should really be planned at this stage.

Regards.

Sorry, but we cannot help with 7.10.

Update to 7.40 and advise if the issue still occurs.

7.10 has been out of support since April 2011.
