Is the Freeze Issue on Time sheet in ESS Portal a personalization issue?
I have an issue in ESS portal wherein user experiences a freeze in Friday column of his ESS portal account. This issue could not be a role issue since he is only experiencing the freeze column on a certain day e.g. Friday. During investigation process, the first solution which came to my mind is configuring the account in Personalization tool. However, currently, the personalization tool in our admin account in Portal Production is experiencing a time out error. It is pending with our Basis team and solution is pending from SAP. So, I cannot check from my end right now if this is really a personalization issue and I have no avenues for investigation in mind.
Does anyone have suggestions or ideas?
