Cost relevancy for Preliminary PReq

Hi,

In a scenario where I use Advance procurement ( Preliminary PR) for material with long Lead time, I have assigned a material with Preliminary Purchase requisition. Normally as per logic and also as per SAP help, the costing relevancy check box must not be active for such cases (same as for 3rd party requisition).

But what I found is the Cost Rel check box is active for both Preliminary Pur Requisition as well as for 3rd party requisition and manually I need to uncheck the Cost Rel checkbox.

Is it some correction been made in recent upgrade or something else.

Can anyone please confirm.

Hi sunil,

Thanks for the link. If you go through the link discussion you will find that the standard process for preliminari PR and 3rd party the cost Rel must be in deactivated mode. But in my case the cost Rel is in active mode with the check box in yes mode (tick mark). I have to manually remove the checkbox.

Can you check in your system for the same.

I don't whether SAP has implemented some note to keep the Check box on irrespective of the type of purchase.
