Periodic Billing

Dear Gurus,

In my current configuration, if I create a contract of 1 year, and when apply the billing plan, system automatically generate the 12 lines for each month.

but I need to create 2 billing for the whole years, like after 6 month one billing, what parameter need to set so that system only create two lines for six months each, and only generate two lines not 12.

Looking for the gurus feedback.

Hi Imran,

You could define new rules for determining dates in SPRO (tcode OVBS) and specify these parameter

Tame period = 6

Time unit = 3 'Month'

and use this rule for your billing plan type (fill field 'Next Bill. Date').

In this case the system will be creating one line for each 6 month.

Hi Imran,

Just to better solution I just wana know some thing like do you need two invoices where each one will have 6 lines ? If possible just attach the screen shot where you are getting 12 lines per invoice.
