CSS for XML Fragments

Hi Experts,

I have requirement where I am using customHeader and subHeader for the Page control which is common across all the pages. I have therefore created a XML fragment containing a Bar control and I am using across all the pages. But the CSS properties of the Bar is an issue. I tried creating a CSS class and applying it to the XML fragment as mentioned here. But that does not seem to work. Please help me resolve this.
