Ok..Since you are looking for NFS to SFTP scenario .You may please check the screen shots attached.

Note:-This configuration has been done considering the source file name will be sent as it is to target .

If you want to have a different name for target file , you may write that name in receiver channel.

Also, this configuration is for just pick and drop without opening the file. For opening and reading content.Content conversion module entries needs to be entered.Let me know if you want that too.

Also for SFTP , firewall and port 22 needs to be opened. If you face problem other than authentication just ask basis to do telnet to third party on port 22.

Hi Sampath,

Since it is a receiver channel, can you let us know how exactly you are determining the receiver filename.

Coming to the filepath, it is just normal like that of file adapter.

If the sftp channel is using password based authentication, then can you check using PI tools like Filezilla and check  the server connectivity and file placing using the channel parameters.

Hello Sampath,

Can you please confirm if the namespace in your sftp adapter is like below :

If it is not then try changing it and then test.

Also make sure the File name is checked in the sender NFS adapter ASMA properties.

Thanks

Hi Sampath,

For Receiver SFTP Channel, the config will be similar to File channel (Provide Sever Host, Dir , Path, etc)

You can check in Message Monitor logs, the exact status & location where your file was written.

Hi Sampath,

Prerequisites to communicate PI with SFTP:

1.Create public certificate in PI.

2.Share the public certificate to SFTP server admin to get server finger prints.

3.Maintain the respective connection details in communication channels.

Go through the below blog:

Hi Sampath,

1. For sender File Channel, you need to provide the Directory path & filename in which PI will poll for files

Configuring the Sender File Adapter - Advanced Adapter Engine - SAP Library

2. For SFTP pls ckh the following links:
