Strenge object_type in the /LIME/NTREE

Former Member

Dear experts,

I have very strange situation in the EWM 9.2 in one of the storage bins...due to storage monitor i got an HU in few bins:

But they are empty.....when I check the table /LIME/NTREE...I see two very streng data lines with the object type 'G':

When I check the data object in SE11, there no values for 'G':

The problem is about that I can't even delete the storage bins, because due to the some tables they are not empty....but they are no stock (aqua table) and no HUs....

Have someone had the situation like this?

Denis

Hello Denis,

Your storage bin is not empty which can be seen at your screenshot(no of HUs).

You moved your stock but left your HU at storage bin. You can delete this HU with tcode /SCWM/PACK. Delete HU, then try deleting bin.

Best regards.

Hi Denis,

the number of HUs are stored in table /SCWM/LAGP (also the empty-bin flag).

Try to reset the fields (ANZLE = "BLANK", KZLER = "X") by Tx SE16 (Debugmodus - Variable CODE = "EDIT") and see whats happend (If you are sure that no HUs are on the storage bins).

Are there open WT from or to the storage bin?

Hi

Seems like you have inconsistencies at table level. Ideally one would like to know how this happened so that you can prevent it. Temporary fix is to /SCWM/CHM_PRF to see if there are stock and bin level inconsistencies.

Dennis

Please create a profile for example 'Test', add a description. Make sure you select Stock and bin (you can run it for all displayed objects if you think the issue is relevant to one of those) and save the variant. Save it and execute.

Here is details:

Creating Check Monitor Profiles

Use

You want to monitor EWM application data on a regular basis in order to
detect and handle data inconsistencies. To be able to do so, you create a check
monitor profile to store the selection criteria that defines what checks you
want to perform on which business data. Additionally, you can perform the
following actions:

  • Load a check monitor profile

  • Change a check monitor profile

  • Delete a check monitor profile

  • Check whether a check monitor profile is correct

  • Execute a check monitor profile

  • Display all the logs created as a result of executing the check monitor
    profile

  • Search check monitor profiles (using filter of profile list)

Procedure

      1. Call up transaction

/SCWM/CHM_PRF

    .

      2. Choose the

Create Profile

    pushbutton.

      3. Enter a name and description for your check monitor profile, and choose

Create

    .

A new, empty check monitor profile is displayed that contains the hierarchy

of check categories, check groups, and checks.

      4. Select the check categories, check groups, or checks you want to

    perform.

If you select a check category, all of its check groups and checks are

selected as well. Similarly, if you select a check group, all of its checks are

    selected.

      5. Open the selection screens of the check categories, check groups, or

checks you have chosen and define your search criteria.

The search criteria you have defined for a check category are relevant to

all of its check groups and checks as well. Similarly, the search criteria you

have defined for a check group are relevant to all of its checks.

    6. Save the check monitor profile.

The newly created profile is displayed in the list of check monitor

    profiles.

      7. Choose the

Set Execution Parameters

      pushbutton to define the

    following settings (optional):

    • Minimum priority of check messages to be displayed in the log

    • Check log expiration date

    • Parallel processing

      8. Choose the

Validate Profile

pushbutton to check whether a check

    monitor profile is correct (optional).

You can check the structure of a profile, the authorization for the selected

checks, and the result of the selection.

      9. Choose

Execute

  1. to perform the checks.
