PPM Display Issue

Dear All,

Can some one help me a little bit? I don't know why I can't display the items as you can see the attached picture. the error message is as below.

I lost why it is not working, could you please kindly guide me how to fix this issue. thanks in advance!

Hi, Have you check if the required services have been activated via SICF?

Hi, could you please help to specify how to activated via SICF? Since I am not very familiar with the basis job. thanks a lot!

Hi Chao,

I used the PPM cobnfiguration guide for that issue.

You will find the needed services and how to activate them in the configuration guide which is attached to the SAP note of your release:

1411953 for PPM 5.0

1826389 for PPM 6.0

2026421 for PPM 6.1

Download the attached document of the SAP note and search for SICF.

this should lead you or your basis team directly to the chapter "Activating Services".

Please be aware that the configuration guide is parted between the configurations for Portfolio Management and Project Management. Each component uses its own services (beside some basis services which are also mentioned in a referenced SAP note).

E.g. you might activate service for rpm_bucket_details

Start transaction SICF -> navigate into path /default_host/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/rpm_bucket_details - right mouse click and activate.
