Not able to view Stories in Launchpad

Hi All,

We have installed Lumira server for BI Platform(BI 4.1 sp5 patch2).

I created an universe uploaded it to BI Platform. When I try to view the story, only loading screen comes with the name of the story getting displayed.

Even the same for sample stories that came with installation.

Below I am attaching the Screenshot of the same.

Which browser are you using?  Note that per the PAM  - see https://service.sap.com/~sapidb/012002523100001293012015E/ only Chrome , IE10/11 are supported
