sto process with free goods determination

Dear Experts

My client is from pharma industry

the requirement is as follows

they have two manufacturing plants , central ware house and 16 csa

they transfer the stock from manufacturing plant to central ware house and from central ware again they transfer to csa.

sales to distributors will be through csa.

requirement is while transfering the goods from plant to central ware house they supply on Price to stockist price and want to show the free goods in sto

central ware house will receive the stocks and transfer the material to csa with the same rate and with the same scheme they recieved from plant.

csa will sell the material to distributor with the same price and scheme they received from central ware house.

1. how to determine free goods in sto delivery.

i could not determine free goods in sto delivery.

i have tried sales process by creating central ware house as customer and assinged movement type 641. i have determined free goods in sales order

but while delivery i could not do delivery as system is showing po number is required.

i request you kindly give your valuable inputs on the above scenerio.

Hi Gopi,

Try this way.

1. create a PO for sto - me21n

2. while creating PO, in the line item FR checkbox-- check this box

3 and do the delivery vl10b/vl10g

4.MIGO

5.create a proforma invoice.
