Here i am doing IDoc to SAOP scenario am getting error

Can you check whether all the possible pipeline steps are configured in PI for the successful IDOC message processing or not.
It looks like issue is there in receiver agreement step.

The error indicates that there is no agreement exist.

Error indicates that the corresponding receiver agreement is not available.
Did you verify? If it exists, make a dummy changes and make sure that cache is updated.
Problem occurred in receiver agreement for sender -BS_EQ1CLNT300 to receiver -BC_Bluesky_SOAP,urn:sap-com:document:sap:idoc:messages.DEBMAS.DEBMAS07.ZDEBMAS07: No standard agreement found for , BS_EQ1CLNT300, , BC_Bluesky_SOAP, urn:sap-com:document:sap:idoc:messages, DEBMAS.DEBMAS07.ZDEBMAS07

Did you import the metadata in idx2 fro the idoc?
