Hi Dheen,
For the answer you need to refer SAP Note 877029 - System Copy for NWDI
To move an installed NWDI system to another host you must use the System Copy Tool. The System Copy Tool will also take care to install the target system.
Performing parallel export import,if yes than keep this option checked.

Hi Dheen,
Parallel export/import procedure is very different than export/import classical method.
In parallel export/import method , you have to create a NFS mount point between source and target.
Just follow the below link for more details
So uncheck the box against the Parallel Export/import as it require a more preparation

Let me know what is meant by "Performing parallel export import"
If am exporting Single JAVA stack system, Check-box to be selected?
Here you could uncheck the option & can use Java stack system exported data later to import into the target system at your end.
Regards,
Hi Dheen ,
As Gaurav has suggested in the above link & In a Nutshell ,
Believe you need to [ Compulsorily ]check this option if you are planning to start the import the same time you are taking the import
The general recommendation is to start the import same time you start the export [ As soon as the first export file is created the import can proceed ] , This is to reduce the overall system downtime .
In most cases though this is not followed , First we take the export and then start the import .
If you have no plans to start the import until you have the complete export , deselect the option and proceed
Also it doesnt affect anything if you check this option and proceed [ and your intention is not to do export import parallel ]
Thanks ,
Manu
