Add a Note in a WebDynpro

I need to add a note in a WebDynpro. (A note with a sentence). Could you please indicate me how to do it?

Dear John,

start the webdynpro application and add "&sap-config-mode=X" to the url. Applications can be started by right click and select "Technical Help" and choose "Starts the URL of the application". Right click the area you wan tto add the note and select "Settings for current configuration". Add a decorative element and select text.

Thanks for your reply Alessandro.

If I need to add a image I can see there is an option to add a Image, but when I select the source (the path where the file is placed), the image is not shown.

What can be happening?
