Hello SAP Wizards.

I'm kind of new working and giving support to SAP SNC ....

Recently I was told by my manager to investigate archiving and purging SAP SNC AP1 and they gave below tables to start with:

/10M/RELABWLG300

/10M/RELA4SDL300

/10M/RELABWIG300

/10M/RELA7MP3300

/10M/RELA2PRA300

/10M/RELA2IT3300

Could you suggest the archive or purged process of these tables?     We want to reduce the size of our database.

Thank you in advance.

Hi Eddie,

You should go through the below link to understand how archiving works w.r.t. different objects.

Hi,

This tables are related to releases. According to the documentation in SAP help:

"The system administrator can delete releases in SAP SNC that are no longer required, using the/SCA/DM_BOL_REL_DELETE report.

On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Supply Network Collaboration Scheduling Agreement Release Release Processing Delete Scheduling Agreement Releases to call the report for online processing. The report only deletes releases locally in SAP SNC. Deletion is not integrated with the customer's back-end system."

Functions in Release Processing - Release Processing - SAP Library

There are also similar reports for POs, ASNs, alerts, etc. In the help you can find detailed infartion for each of them.

Best regards,

Nuane
