Customize login error message (ABAP)

Hello, When a user is locked or have its password expired, SAP shows standard messages like "User is locked". I would like to customize a bit more this messages, changing for instance to "Your user is locked, please call 0800 number..".. Is it possible? How can I achieve this? Regards,

maybe SAP Note 205487 would be a alterante?

You can customize the logon screen, so it shows your helpdesk number, when users are not able to logon to the system.

We have applied the note mentioned but also changed some standard messages in SE91.
