COPA Derivation

Hi All,

I have an issue with COPA derivation rule for Sales office and Sales Group.

COPA derivation:

Source

VBAK-->VBELN = COPA-->KAUFN

Target:

VBAK-->VKBUR =COPA-->VKBUR

VBAK-->VKGRP =COPA-->VKGRP

While creating an inter company sales order (billing type IV & IVA),sales office and sales group fields are not derived.

Am i doing something wrong here?or some special steps are required for inter company scenario?

Hi Anusha,

Technically you can use "(SAPMV45A)XVBAP[] " memory structure to reach sales order information when you save sales order.

Even sales order was not being occured, created on vbak, vbap table, you can reach sales order number, posnr etc. vbap, vbak all fields on "ZXKKEU11" exit by using (SAPMV45A)XVBAP[] structure.

Hello Anusha,

At time of sales order entry it is not possible take over

values from the tables VBAK, VBAP, VBPA, etc (i.e VBXX).

The table lookup from derivation can only work AFTER creation of the

sales order (that means during VA02) since there is no record for the

new sales order in data base tables VBXX before the very end of VA01!

The only way to transfer this information directly to corresponding

CO-PA characteristics is an assignment in table TKEZU. At the point of

the sales order creation (when the profitability segment gets

determined) only structures KOMP/KOMK will be provided by SD; so you

need to assign the desired KOMP/KOMK-field to the corresponding CO-PA

characteristic in table TKEZU. TKEZU can be maintained with SM30.

Hi Rongua,

I updated V_TKEZU table. but still i can't derive sales office and sales group for inter company sales orders and billing documents.

Any other idea...?
