Enter PS budget CJ37-In Project, CJ38-In Project, CJ34-Transfer, CJ32-Change via Progams?

Dear Experts,

Hope you are all fine, I need to know is there any way we can enter PS budgets via programs, BAPI, Function Modules???

The client is maintaining budget values in Claims where we have screen enhancement and created Ztables to approve the WBS element budgets via workflow. And after all approval the claims is closed and user maintain the approved value in field enhancement screen where we have WBS element and approved budget values.

Now user again take these approved values and enter in Standard transaction CJ32, CJ37, CJ38, CJ34 etc.

we need to automate the process by transferring the ztable values to standard PS budget transaction. Is there any way via;

some programs, enhancement, Function Module or BAPI pick the value and update standard transaction of PS budget.

Hi Saqib,

You can use this FM KBPP_EXTERN_UPDATE_CO  to update the budget. For more details read this OSS Note 625613.

in continuation of above requirements, we also have IM investment management integration with PS Project systems for CAPEX Budget approvals and all original, supplementary, return, appropriation budgets comes from IM investment management module to Projects top WBS element.

I need to know how can we upload IM32 - edit original, IM30 - Edit supplements, IM38 - edit return and last but not least IM52 budget distribution via programs, enhancements, BAPI, function module.

Hi Saqib,

Go to t-code BAPI and under the IM node you can find all the BAPIs available for IM.
