WebDispatcher - icm/HTTP/logging_<xx> - How to activate?

how can I activate this parameter?
I've adjusted the profile-file which is used in our webdispatcher and did restart it.

However, the log file is not written.

thank you for the links.

The error was, that only one digit is allowed at the end of the parameter.
