New features in sap pi 7.4 dual stack for alert configuration

Hi Experts,

Our system is being updated from 7.0 (dual stack) to 7.4 (dual stack) SP level 010.Can any one explain the new features in Alert configuration?

I have tried searching for release notes but i got error as 'Document is not released'. Please find the link Alerting for Application Error - What's New in SAP NetWeaver 7.4 (Release Notes) - SAP Library.

Can any one suggest on this?

Hi Pallavi,

AFAIK - there is no change in alert mechanism of ABAP stack in dual stack PI. but you can make use of component based alert, please refer the below micheal's blog
