Transport req(TR) for changes in master data

Hi Friends,

Dimension 'A' with members exists in both development and quality systems.

I added one new property and updated respective property values for different members. Included this in TR but TR not released yet from development system.

Added one more new property or added new members into dimension. Do i need to collect again for new changes into existing TR or TR automatically holds new changes for that dimension till we release the request?

Hi Kumar,

My understanding is that modifiable TR hold just info about Dimension and Master data. When you release it it will collect all Properties and all MD records. So, you can just release it and move to QA.

Hi Gresh,

You are right. I just tested . Its collecting modifications ( new property or master data changes) in the original request .
