Inbound delivery GM status B only

Hello Gurus,

I have weird situation happening in SAP. I have an inbound delivery with 2 items. I am performing GR via MIGO. I first GR one of the item. Afterwards, GR the other item. So I have 2 GR document in my inbound delivery. Here comes my issue, all items are GR however the status of my inbound delivery is still B. When I checked the GR documents, both of them have the same creation time. What might have caused this issue?

Can you run the program ZZDELSTA or RVDELSTA in SE38 and check the status.

In the screenshot of the changes to the delivery, we can see that there is a documented change of "Total goods movement status changed". Check if this changes from "C" to "B". Maybe this line will tell you what transaction changed it to B?

Hi Tomasz,

In the SAP standard system you can only perform goods receipts using inventory management

transactions or post them using inbound deliveries.

Check the 570991 - Correction report for completing open inbound deliveries

Import the correction report Z_COMPLETE_INBOUND_DELIVERY and execute this report for those effected inbound deliveries.
