Door status is not changed

I am facing error while TU movement in yard.System is not allowing me yard movement as Door status is active.

As door status is active mode system is not allowing me to confirm any other TU to that door. any one come across with this situation and how can be resolved.

Hi,

are you trying to have more than one TU at Door? In principle that is not possible, you can load or unload only one TU at a time.

In case you need to load and unload inbound/outbound TU at one time you need two logical doors (in-door and out-door) for one physical door.

i am able to fix the problem. This is standard bug and fixed by implementation of note.
