Unable to do "Request LTVD

Hi,

We need to create a "Request and Maintain LTVD " for Business partner/Material. We have created a Scheduling agreement in ERP system.

But, we do not see partner/material in the Display work list of Vendor LTVD. When trying to create a Request, It doesn't show any results for the request.

But, When I check under 'Maintain vendor declaration' and select LTVD status as 'Maintain' and execute, I can "ADD Products" and Adopt.

Is it allowing "Maintain" before request is a correct Process?

Please let me know why the agreement is NOT showing in the worklist and not allowing to create Request LTVD.

Hi Nag,

in Preference Process- LTVD Request can be done after the entry appears in the work list for Vendor. so, the work list does not have the entry for the Scheduling Agreement means, there would be missing the data. so, please check the below.

1. is the SA have the Schedule Lines exist

2. Whether the Vendor has been assigned the Country in Preference Master Data

3. Check the Material Price and Procurement indicators exist in GTS System for the Material

4. is there any Vendor Declaration already exists

please check these and let me know if you still have the issue in the work list.
