To see and open your tickets use the transaction CRM_UI at solution manager 7.1

Thanks for your reply, I want to see tickets in sap erp. this transaction (CRM_UI) doesn't exist in SAP .
I know that i can use transaction monitor (CRM_DNO_MONITOR) for ticketing in SAP Solution Manager ,But i need to call this transaction and use it in SAP R3 if it is possible!
It would be highly appreciated if you could give me some more information,

Your time and help is very appreciated, now could you please tell me how to use solution databse in solution manager ( how to create a solution and assign it to a message that was reported, (message=Problem=Incident=Issue.. ) I mean how to use the solution that was created before in a new problem,

Solution Database is no used in Solman 7.1 and it is completely replaced by much advanced concept of ITSM Knowledge Articles.
