Need Red & Green colour in a field in crystal report

Hi Experts

i had requirement in Crystal Report

am using version 14.1.5.1501

CR - 2013 Support pack 5

am creating a crystal report for Services call,

and in the CR i have added the Call status field.

when the call status is Closed, it should appear in Green Colour, and if Open it should be in Red colour,

am using the field OSCS.Name

pls help me to solve the issue

     use the if else formula , IF status='Open' then 'Red' else Green

Hi Shams,

Please check below Formula.

If  status <> -3 THEN red ELSE green

Put above formula on below path.

Select Field >>> Right Click >>> Select Format Field >>> Font Tab >>> Click Formula Button for Color
