We are running a program that passes an IDOC to one system through XI (ICH) and on the aknowledgement back we are getting the following error:
A partner profile could not be found with the following key:
/icdclnt510/LS/
This involves the key fields of the table EDPP1:
-PARNUM partner number
-PARTYP partner type
The problem is this, the partner profile does exist in the system but in uppercase only. We have made sure that in XI all of the logical system names are in uppercase and we re-booted the server and are still getting this value back as lower case. Is there anyone who has experienced this? Anyone that can help?
Thanks
Mike
Hi,
In the ID, double-click on the sending business system. Then, on the menu bar, click on: Service -> Adapter-Specific Identifier...
In here, you should see the logical system name. Verify if it is the same as the one you entered in the SLD. It is possible you changed it in the SLD, but it was never propagated to the ID.
If it is not the same, then, go into change mode, and go into Adapter-Specific Identifier again, and click on the icon on the bottom which says "Compare with System Landscape Directory". This will synchronize your logical system name with that of the SLD. Then, click "Apply".

Bill
