Can someone tell me where I can get WSDL for the ECC_SALESORDERCRTRC service?
I am registered on the ESA workplace but somehow cannot download this WSDL - it asks me for my username and password but rejects them.
I need this WSDL to finish an important project I am working on.
Many thanks in advance.
Hi Randy,

Hi Randy,
Yup im not complaining when you give me points
I was able to see the WSDL last night but now logon fails, system might be down.
Im sure the new system should be up and running from next week.
Even if you have a copy of the WSDL it wont help as it finally ends up calling the backend which is the FU2 system.
Hopefully we can see it work ASAP..ill keep you posted on the availability of the system.

Hey Randy,
I totally understand your predicament.
The webservice ECC_SALESORDERCRTRC works for sure i have tried and tested it.
Here are the detials of the service from the ES workplace
(You can find the WSDL here!)
Documentaion of the service can be found in the service marketplace
http://service.sap.com/~form/sapnet?_SHORTKEY=01100035870000687500 or
https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/webcontent/uuid/c0cd8360-3b74-2910-0fae-dccee... [original link is broken]
Additionally there is a wiki page
https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/wiki?path=/display/espackages/home&;
By scenario i meant are you planning to consume the serive in VC then let me stop you right there.
There is a bug in VC and although the service works standalone it dosent in the VC environment.I had faced this problem 2 months back, not sure if its solved.
kind regards,

Thank you ever so much SJ - it is very encouraging to hear that you've tested this service and it works! However, when I try to download the WSDL it refuses to accept my credentials - it appears to be on the FU6 server which is being replaced.
Can you perhaps email the WSDL to me? randy@crashproofing.com. I would greatly appreciate it if you could.
You're getting tons of forum points by helping me and I truly appreciate it!
Thanks!
Hi Randy,
I see a lot of posts from you regarding sales order service!
OK,you must already be aware FU2 system is being replaced by GU2 so any number of attemts to logon will fail.( I tried the same yesterday)
May i know what scenario you are trying to acheive with this service,if its similar to what I tried to do i can share with you what im already aware of.
regards

Hi there SJ,
I need to create a sales order using a Web service because it is part of a demo I am working on for the Sapphire show one week from now. I thought it would take me a couple days at most but it's been almost two weeks and still no success.
With SOA being such a central part of SAP's strategy and creating sales orders being such an obvious application I never imagined I would have this much trouble!
Any help much appreciated!
Randy
