Why account has not been updated for Inactive user after request .csv file imported via Import Data in SAP sourcing.

Hi Experts,

I have inactivated one user in SAP Sourcing as that was not in use.Agian the same user raised the request through tool and his data has been sent via .csv file through DATA import.

When I check that user in SAP sourcing then there I did not find the user acount .

Still usde is inactive only .

Please suggets me techniacl aspect behind this.

Hi,

There is a IMA request for New user to get access for SAP sourcing.

The file generated by IMA and it is sent to SAP sourcing for import.

Now my question is if some user already existing in Sourcing and  due to non existance for hime for certain time I made user as a inactive.

If the same user want to access again then he will request via IMA and provide his/her information

.But when this csv file is get imported in SAP sourcing it does not able to active or creste a new user.

I think i have provided sufficent information .

Please tell the technical reson for the above happening.

By urgency I make that user manually active .
