What are the report RPTBPC10 and table PTQUODED used for in leave application module ? I am facing a prob in adjustment of leave quotas and trying to use these two to get some help . I need to to fix inconsistencies between the IT2001, IT2006 and the PTQUODED entries.
Are there any SAP notes that cater to this. Please suggest. TIA
Run RPTKOK00 for the employee to report inconsistencies for all abs quotas/abs types. If it finds any, it will give an option to correct. Selecting the option will result in running RPTBPC10 - select to correct the IT 2006 & 2001; it will also correct PTQUODED table.
Sometimes the first pgm may not report any inconsistency. In such cases, the next option would be delete the absences starting from the latest to earliest., then re-entering the absences. It may also work by re-saving the absences starting from the earliest one.

Hi Monalisa,
Please run the report back to back for the absence quota's issue will be resolved
RPTKOK00 - run it first, then run the second one..
RPTBPC10
we don't have exact reasons why inconsistencies occur , but incase if occur. you can run the above reports..
also please schedule RPTBPC10 as a daily background job..
Thanks
Sriram
