Version data in a sales order

Hi,

I would like to track the modifications in a sales order.

I found the version data in a sales order,

This function create a new sales order and I can compare the orders between them.

but the system is checking the changes only on fews fields.

Is it possible to add other checks on others fields like the price, the partner...

Or do you have other ideas to track modification in a sales order?
