Hi All,

I want to perform SAP Configuring Check in DBA Cockpit. However, the Configuration Check failed with the following error:

Would you please suggest how to troubleshoot the error. I tried to use the Repair Tool but it does not solve the issue.

Best regards,

Duy

Hi Duy,

Is your connection correctly configured?

In DBA cockpit click on Database Connection then click on SAP Sybase ASE it should open connection window +++SYBADM this connection should be configured and working properly with user sapsa and correct credentials test this connection too.

If it works:

-- MESSAGE Database connection +++SYBADM established successfully

If it doesnt use button change user credentials.

Check this first please.

Hi,

Check this kba

1927012 - SYB: DBACockpit shows warnings about data collectors not being properly set up or having a different version

then see which version notes are applicable to your sap release level.

Kind Regards,

Johan
