Reg:-Purchase info record for MPN material

Hi,

We have an issue where we have a Consignment Purchase info record with the a main material A which has a validity date up to 31.12.9999 in purchasing data tab.

But the validity/conditions are maintained only till 2012.

From 2012 , this has been changed to standard PIR and this is created with the MPN material of A ,

currently the issue is that when a Purchase requisition is created manually with the material A ,

the old consignment PIR is getting fetched (the one not in validity), when we add the MPN number while creating then the New standard PIR is fetched .

Now we have archived the Old Consignment PIR , currently while trying to create a PR , we get an error message saying “

“Info record for vendor XXXX and material A does not exist” , we have maintained the material A in the MPN material master .

Kindly let us know if we have missed any other setting anywhere ?

Did you check directly in PO creation. Maintain info record no. in PO. Because in PR price would fetch from Material Master Record.
