User is not getting created in one of the selected target system

Dear Experts,

I'm encountering some issue while creating user from standard access mgmt screen.The issue is while creating the user, i've selected 2 systems

Ex: Sys-1,Sys-2.

But after approving(final approval) the request, it is not creating using user in Sys-1.In audit log, it is showing user created in Sys-2.

New User:Test_User  created in System(s): Sys-2.

Can anyone throw some lights on how to resolve that error?...Will there be any config settings? If yes, pls guide me on the same.

Dear Katrice,

what is your current release and SP level?

Just for clarification. The user should get created in both systems, but is only created in sys2?

Are you using CUA? Does the RFC user have sufficient authorization to create users (especially when you are using CUA?)?

Please also share some screenshots (audit log, provisioning log, etc.) for better understanding.

There is some RFC issue.I'll reslove it and revert back.
